We take immense pride in our quality and material, therefore, abstaining from returns and refunds. The measurements used are within an ace of perfection, so we forbid the exchange of items purchased. Once ordered, we don’t entertain any cancellations

Refunds

We currently don’t have a return or refund policy, but in case there is a discrepancy on our end or the product received is wrong, you can contact us at orders@cuero.in

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping tracking, as well as instructions on when the delivery executive will come to pickup the requested return. Once the returned order is received & inspected by our team, a full refund will be initiated which will be credited to your bank account within 2 working days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If there are any discrepancies in the reason you provide for requesting refund, we have the authority to decline your refund request

Damages and issues

Our pieces go through a quality check so the chances of any defects are very unlikely, however as we deal in second hand or factory surplus there may be chances of few discrepancy during shipment of the product. Any damages during transportation are not covered or refunded by us. We do our best to deliver top notch quality products with best leather quality.

For footwear, there is a possibility that one uses the piece & requests for return/refund. Hence we do not accept return/refund requests till Covid situation comes to an end. If unworn & JUST received, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Pre order confirmations are strictly non refundable as mentioned on the top of the Pre Orders page. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

We only replace items if we shipped the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@cuero.in and send your item to: JIZA SHOES LLP SR NO 33/1/4/1 PANDURANG INDUSTRIAL AREA, RAJYOG SOCIETY ROAD, LAGAD MALA WADGAON KHURD, PUNE 411041.

Shipping

We take minimum of 2 days & maximum of 10 days to deliver your order. Kindly contact us via email – orders@cuero.in for details regarding any queries.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
