Refund policy
Cuero footwear is handcrafted to order. Each pair is made specifically for you after we receive your order. This policy explains the return and exchange terms.
Exchange or Store Credit Window
We accept requests for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn with no scuffs or sole markings.
- Original packaging must be intact, with all dust bags, tags, and inserts.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Customized or personalized items (monograms, custom sizes, custom leather, bespoke commissions).
- Items showing signs of wear, scuffing, or damage from use.
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
Email orders@cuero.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request. We will share return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact orders@cuero.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
Refunds
Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange. Monetary refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Defective items.
- Incorrect shipments.
- Order cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to bank processing time.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not begun. After production has commenced, cancellation is not possible due to the made-to-order nature of our work.
