A-grade calf suede upper, brushed and dyed in a controlled batch — the colour reads consistent across the pair, which doesn't always happen with suede. Hand-welted construction with a stitched leather sole and a small rubber pad at the heel breast for grip. Padded leather insole. Saddle band hand-stitched, not glued. Built in our Pune workshop. Suede is more demanding to cut than smooth leather — the nap has to run consistently across the panels. Each pair is matched at the cutting bench.

Care Brush after every wear with a dedicated suede brush, working in one direction to keep the nap aligned. Use a suede eraser on scuffs before they set. Waterproof with a suede-specific spray every couple of months — suede absorbs everything, so prevention is the only real defence. Avoid leather cream and wax. Use shoe trees overnight.
