Shipping policy

Each pair of Cuero footwear is handcrafted to order. We do not maintain ready stock — your shoes are made for you after we receive your order. This policy explains how that timeline works for domestic and international shipping.

Production Time

25 business days from order confirmation. Some customizations may require additional time, which we will communicate to you at the time of order.

Shipping Within India

  • Dispatch: Within 1–2 business days of production completion.
  • Delivery: 6–8 business days from dispatch.
  • Shipping cost: Free on all orders within India.
  • Courier: We work with reputable domestic couriers to ensure secure delivery.

International Shipping

  • Dispatch: Within 1–2 business days of production completion.
  • Delivery: Varies by destination, typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Customs and duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only, processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and EMI). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may update your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not begun. After production starts, the order cannot be cancelled and the address is locked, due to the made-to-order nature of our work.

Delays

In rare cases, production may take longer than estimated due to leather sourcing, customization complexity, or workshop scheduling. We will keep you informed throughout. Courier delays beyond our control may also occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, Cuero is not responsible for loss or theft at the delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or use a secure delivery address.
