Products

All Cuero footwear is handcrafted to order. Product photographs are representative; minor variations in leather grain, colour, and finish are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where pricing has been misstated.

Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after payment has been received and we have sent an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Made-to-Order Nature

By placing an order, you acknowledge that each item is handcrafted specifically for you and is non-returnable except as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on cuero.in — including images, text, designs, logos, and trademarks — is the property of JIZA Shoes LLP or its licensors. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIZA Shoes LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
