Full-grain leather strips, hand-woven across the full length. The braid pattern allows the belt to flex with the body without losing structure — there's no stiffener inside, and none is needed. Each strip is edge-burnished before weaving. The weave terminates under the buckle and at the tip with a hand-stitched leather binding that holds the structure under tension. Brushed nickel buckle on a screw fitting. Built in our Pune atelier. The weave is one of the older techniques in the workshop — passed between hands, not from a manual.

Care Brush gently with a soft horsehair brush to lift dust from the weave. Condition every couple of months with a small amount of neutral leather cream worked in with the fingers, not a cloth — fingers reach into the gaps, cloth doesn't. Hang for storage.
