Top-grain cow crust leather upper — un-dyed at the tannery so the patina can be built from scratch in our workshop. Whole-cut construction means a single panel of leather covers the upper, with the only seam running up the heel. Hand-painted patina applied in stages: base coat, mid-tone, deep accent at the toe and heel, sealing wax. Each pair takes additional days in finishing alone. Goodyear-welted with a stitched leather sole, stacked leather heel. Built in our Pune atelier. The patina specialist is one craftsman, working pair by pair — there isn't a way to scale it without losing the depth.

Care Brush after wear with a soft horsehair brush. Condition with a neutral cream only — tinted creams will distort the patina, which is built from layered colour. Polish with a clear wax for shine, or a slightly darker wax to deepen the toe. Avoid heavy rain — water sets badly into hand-applied finish. Use shoe trees overnight.
