Hand-stitched vamp seam in matching tonal thread — the stitching is the visual focal point of the upper, so it has to be even. Blake-stitched construction with a stitched leather sole and a stacked leather heel. Padded leather insole. Brushed gold buckle on a leather strap, screw-fitted. Built on the Cuero 'C' last — the slightly elongated almond shape that's used across the suede loafer range. Made in our Pune workshop. The hand-stitched vamp seam is a half-day of work per pair before the rest of the shoe begins.

Care Brush after every wear with a dedicated suede brush, working in one direction. Use a suede eraser on scuffs. Apply a suede-specific waterproofing spray every couple of months. Avoid leather cream — it will mat the suede. Keep the gold buckle clean with a dry cloth; avoid metal polish, which will strip the brushed finish. Use shoe trees overnight. Delivery Made to order.
