Top-grain cow crust leather upper — un-dyed at the tannery so the patina can be built from scratch in our workshop. The half-back is hand-woven from leather strips, edge-finished before weaving. The front and sides are solid panels. Hand-painted patina applied in stages: base coat, mid-tone, deeper accent at the toe and heel, sealing wax. Each pair takes additional days in finishing alone. Hand-welted construction with a stitched leather sole and a stacked leather heel. Built in our Pune workshop. The combination of weaving and patina is one of the most labour-intensive in the line — the weave alone is a day's work, the patina another two.

Care Brush after wear with a soft horsehair brush, working gently into the woven half-back to lift dust. Condition with a neutral leather cream only — tinted creams will distort the patina. Polish with a clear wax. Apply a leather waterproofing cream once a year; boots see more weather than shoes. Avoid heavy rain in the first months — patina can lift before it sets fully.
