Story

The Sterling is a traditional Indian slide — soft calf leather upper, leather sole, no synthetic anywhere.

Available in black and brown, the design draws from older Indian slip-on traditions: closed at the front, open at the heel, no decoration. The simplicity is the point.

Worn around the house, on flights, in places where shoes have to come off and go back on. Hand-finished in our Pune atelier.

Craft
Soft full-grain calf leather upper across the front, available in black and brown. Single-piece construction at the front — no seams along the vamp. Hand-welted leather sole, edge-burnished. Cushioned leather insole that moulds to the foot. The slide is built like a shoe: leather sole, leather insole, hand-finished — most slides at this price point are rubber-soled and stamped. Made in our Pune atelier. The Sterling is one of the older silhouettes in the line.
Care & Delivery
Care Wipe after wear with a dry cloth. Condition every couple of months with a neutral leather cream to keep the upper supple. The leather sole will soften and shape to the foot; this is intended. Avoid water; if caught in rain, dry slowly at room temperature, never with heat. Store flat. Delivery Made to order. Twenty-five days from confirmation to dispatch. Free shipping across India.
